This was my entry for Dominance War IV – Mini Challenge 1

This is the child war general, General Parvula. Young she may appear but merciless is this mastermind. Since birth, she has caused fear from her dark well of knowledge. She was genetically engineered to retain the knowledge of many great leaders and conquerors. An unexpected side effect from the engineering has given her mind terrifying telepathic powers. With this augmentation, she can command and create the most devoted legions and dominate the greatest of enemies. With each day her power and knowledge grows. Those that know of her cower to think of her vile potential.
